OverviewOffice Location : Rodenbach / Milan or remote.We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Manager to support the commercial development of our Pools business segment across the EMEIA region. As a recognized market leader of solutions for swimming pool chlorination systems, we serve a diverse customer base including manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors, offering high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to complex needs. The role focuses on preparing technically and commercially aligned offers, supporting customer-specific solutions, and driving customer acquisition and retention. It requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and strong customer orientation.Main responsibilities will be focused on :Quotation Management & Technical SupportDevelop accurate and competitive offers based on customer inquiries and technical specificationsEvaluate the feasibility of technical requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standardsCollaborate with Sales, R&D, and Engineering to define tailored solutionsProvide technical advice and support during pre-sales processCustomer Development & Market ExpansionSupport acquisition of new customers and develop relationships with existing accountsConduct customer visits to assess needs and propose value-driven solutionsContribute to the strategic expansion of the Pools market through targeted commercial initiativesPrepare technical presentations and sales materialsProject Coordination & Internal CollaborationCoordinate quotation, contracts and tender processes with internal departmentsInterface with suppliers and subcontractors for technical clarificationsSupport cross-functional projects related to the Pools product offeringMarket intelligence & Competitive AnalysisMonitor market trends, customer expectations, and competitor offers and activitiesShare insights and recommendations to support product development and positioningMaintain accurate CRM data and prepare reports on commercial activities and customer interactionsEducation and professional experienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical educationProven experience in technical sales, preferably within the pools industry or related sectors such as water treatment or industrial componentsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is desirableProven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needsExcellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary and multicultural teamsFluent in English is required. Proficiency in German or Italian; knowledge of Spanish or French is considered a plusAdditional informationWillingness to travel across the EMEA region to support customer engagement and business development activities.
