Through innovation, collaboration, and belief in our mission, we strive to create an inspiring and inclusive culture for our employees, so they can be their best and, together, create a better tomorrow.RoleEMEA Warehouse Operations and CI Managerassists in the development of a warehouse strategy to deliver PerkinElmer’s business objectives, with the primary goal to maximize operational efficiency, and will drive and define continuous improvement aligns with PKI ambitious, fast-growing and transforming journey.ResponsibilitiesTo assist in the development of a warehouse strategy to deliver PKI business objectivesManage overall operational targets for the Regional Super Territory Distribution (3PL)SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for stakeholders’ inquiries relating to the Regional Super Territory Distribution operationsTo monitor warehouse performances and to streamline processesEvaluate and propose & implement process improvementEnsure transaction & processes complianceReview detailed monthly invoice for accuracy, escalating any variances for correction or creditMonitor, measure and report on issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescalesDrive effective Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAR-CAPA) with the Regional Super Territory Distribution center as requiredDevelop best practices to drive operational consistency, standardization, and value to the businessSupport and plan for warehouse business continuity.
