This role involves participating in the design, supervision, and construction of large-scale renewable energy initiatives, primarily focusing on solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Key accountabilitiesProvide professional engineering advice and technical support for the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, mainly solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS.Understand project design drawings and participate in discussions with designers and BOP Contractors.Collaborate in tendering processes (RFQ / RFP) regarding technical requirements and design.Support the definition, preparation, and control of documentation to ensure timely project construction.Coordinate with procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding processes.Schedule project steps to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective construction.Supervise and ensure compliance with permits during construction.Report project status, recommend solutions, and inform about potential risks to management.Manage payment approvals and documentation in line with project schedules.Coordinate internal information flow among teams such as Development, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & Quality.Monitor technical, schedule, H&S, and quality issues during construction.Engage with stakeholders during grid connection processes.Collaborate with EPC during construction, providing solutions for design issues.QualificationsEngineering background, preferably Electrical Engineering.5-6 years of experience in renewable energy projects, mainly PV and wind farm construction.Experience with components and equipment used in large-scale wind, solar PV, and high voltage infrastructure.Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, WindPro, Wasp, PVsyst.Willingness to travel across Italy for project sites.Knowledge of local grid connection regulations.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Ability to interpret project design drawings and collaborate with designers and contractors.Good reporting and teamwork abilities.We believe in an energy transition accessible to everyone, from everyone!
