OverviewWe are looking for an Electrical Deputy Project Manager to join a New Data Centre project in the Milan area. The project duration is a minimum of 3 years. Location: Milan, Italy (on-site presence required). Reporting: Project Manager.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate site activities by supporting the Project Manager and monitoring progress, time, budget and quality with a focus on electrical plants.Control electrical technical documentation (including layouts, cost estimation, dimensional calculations, electrical schematics) in cooperation with project teams, designers, main contractors and subcontractors.Monitor on-site construction, ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality, and administer project construction contracts, milestones and penalties.Follow up on all contracted deliverables and ensure quality assurance of work performed by contractors; enforce applicable technical standards; oversee scheduling, meetings (progress, safety, inspections) and document minutes.Study and identify solutions to technical and organizational problems that arise during execution.Prepare detailed project progress reports.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent5 years of construction management experienceFluent English and Italian are mandatoryProven construction management experience in the Data Center / Hospital / Logistic sectorDriver license requiredWorkplace will be in Milan with presence on project sites
