The specialist also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSA™ system and in promoting all the ZBEdge environment.How You'll Create ImpactSubject matter expert for the ROSA™ robotic system as well procedure expert in multidisciplinary field asNeurosurgeryandOrthopedicprocedures.Provide initial clinical support and facilitate the on-boarding of the hospital team for switch from conventional to robotic assisted procedures using ROSA™ system.Support ROSA™ robotics promotional and educational activities in Italy&Greece, including on-site support at educational congresses, the zbilab facility and other local and country cluster promotional and educational activities.Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff,sterilizationandradiologyon the ROSA™ robotic system.Together with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities.On-boarding the local Sales Rep to take-over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, follow-up the account post-implementation day.In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity.Connects with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals.Supports advance technology upgradesEducate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologiesWhat Makes You Stand OutEducationMaster’s degree or equivalent experience requiredHigh level of englishProfessional experienceClinical sales experience or stages in medical companySpecial expertisePrior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferredMinimum clinical sales experience ororthopedic(joint replacement) sales or case coverage experienceTravel ExpectationsEOE / M / F / Vet / Disability
