Join to apply for the DTC Merchandising Assistant role at La DoubleJ.We are looking for a passionate and engaged DTC Merchandising Assistant to join our department in our corporate offices in Milan.At La DoubleJ, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow, contributing your ideas and creativity to the brand's growth.In this role, you will support the team with the following activities:LDJ Website Support:Confirm launch dates & assets in collaboration with the Go To Market team.Upload product selections weekly to Toggl for website and NL activations.Execute monthly e-VM of all new product pages according to shared guidelines, with weekly/biweekly reviews and updates based on sales performance and stock levels.Review site post-launch to ensure correct go-live.Update the Product Go Live file daily with new/reordered SKUs.Support pre-access for new launches: two weeks prior to launch, confirm stock availability, set up pre-order quantities, and prepare all product pages.Build the DTC Seasonal Buy Collection Presentation.Assist the DTC Merchandising team during sales campaigns, store allocation, reordering processes, and weekly analysis.Skills & Requirements1-2 years of experience in similar roles.Fluency in Italian and English is required.A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible mindset.Our WorldLa DoubleJ is a Milanese brand that celebrates the best of Italy.
