Overview
DODO Client Advisor (Scalo Milano -FT 40H) – DoDo Jewels, Milan. Fixed term, full time, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Brand Advocate
Demonstrate passion as a DoDo brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
Learn and master the brand and product knowledge.
Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure and organized manner front and back of house.
Business Achiever
Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the boutique's overall goals.
Achieve individual and team sales goals, working with KPIs and business applications.
Participate in maintaining a positive work environment.
Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends and competitor activity.
Follow company grooming and policy standards.
Clienteller
Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with customers through personalized approaches.
Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and develop clientelling activity.
Support customers in purchasing DODO products and enhance product knowledge.
Welcome every customer and provide the best experience, mastering brand heritage.
Qualifications
Passion for the DODO Brand.
Proven experience in Luxury Fashion or Jewellery Retail.
Strong clientelling skills.
Curiosity, empathy, agility, commercial mindset.
Ability to work with diverse client base.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and problem solving.
Availability to work on rotations.
Product sensitivity and strong market & fashion trends knowledge.
Open to feedback, clear communication with team and managers.
Ability to multitask and handle busy periods.
Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
