Its distributed storage luggage network, made up of local businesses, allows travelers to drop off their bags for a few hours while exploring the city.About the Role : We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team in Italy. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding networks of partnerships and can effectively communicate the benefits of the Radical platform to local shop owners.Responsibilities : Identify potential partners through online research, including local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels. Cold-call potential partners and communicate the value proposition and unique features of the Radical platform. Negotiate and sign agreements with local shop owners to have them onboard as luggage storage locations. Achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals. Provide ongoing support and account management to local shops to ensure a positive experience on the platform.Qualifications : Reside in Italy and hold a self-employment number or be willing to obtain one. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of daily calls. Proficiency in English. Previous experience in acquiring partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills.Compensation : We offer a performance-based incentive structure along with a fixed salary.
