Digital Service Platform Professional - Apprenticeship
We are looking for an Apprentice in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area. The apprenticeship lasts 2 years to become Digital Service Platform Professional. During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive and innovative training and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.
Your Challenge
As Digital Service Platform Professional you will manage technical and process challenges regarding Building X, a platform that runs applications to help manage building operation. It provides a central foundation of secure, real-time data that supports a wide range of use cases.
Some of your main activities will be:

Supporting Building X technical and process flow issues
Coordinating local rollouts of new products / services
Localizing technical documentation
Collecting market requirements
Observing relevant competitors\' products, solutions and services
Driving local standardizations
Potentially acting as technical support internal/external during the service/system range lifetime, accompanied by your tutor

Required entry qualifications

You are under 30 years of age according to the Italian apprenticeship contract
You are a fresh graduate in Engineering, or you have a technical background (Diploma or ITS)
Previous technical or commercial internship experience is a plus
Openness to product value selling (negotiating and closing deals by emphasizing value for customers)
Willingness to learn about digitalization trends and stay updated
Openness to apply binding standards and regulations
Proficiency in English and Italian
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a changing environment
Passion to grow continuously
Respect for all individuals and willingness to share knowledge
Eligibility to work in Italy
