That is broken, and we are on a mission to fix it.Our technology empowers millions of consumers and supports more than 700 dealerships in transforming how they sell, grow, and future-proof their business.About The RoleReporting to the Head of Sales, Southern Europe, this role is focused on building strong dealership partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results in a fast changing market.Spain is a significant growth market for Autouncle. We already work with customers there, and we’re now investing in expanding our footprint, meaning there is a large opportunity to acquire new dealerships and scale the market further.You’ll be based in our Milan office and travel regularly to Spain, while also supporting the Italian market. When you’re not traveling, you’ll work from the Milan office, managing your portfolio and preparing for upcoming visits.At Autouncle, we are not a marketing tool, but more of a sales partner. Our platform helps dealerships generate high-quality leads, strengthen their margins, and reduce dependency on external platforms. While working closely with our Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams, your role is to show dealers how to sell smarter and build consumer trust in the process.What You Will DoBuild and manage a portfolio of dealerships, achieving targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sellTravel to Spain 2-3 times/month to meet clients and prospects on-site, selling our SaaS solutions, delivering training, and tailored consultancyCollaborate closely with the Milan based team to share insights and align on strategyDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline, exceeding KPIs and revenue goalsAdvise on digital tools (Google Analytics, tracking systems, etc.) and optimize performanceMonitor portfolio health and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesAbout YouMinimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of remote field salesConfident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholdersProven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering resultsTrack record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and business developmentPassion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses growNative-level Spanish and native-level Italian, with professional-level English (our internal company language)Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (all travel expenses, including mileage reimbursement, are covered)What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary based on experience (starting at €35k + €15k OTE uncapped)Full reimbursement of travel expenses, including mileageWant to Learn More!In combination with the company vision, Autouncle works methodically to be The Most Human Company – a place where employees can be ambitious, work alongside great colleagues, be trusted in their roles, have a big international impact, and bring their full humanity to work.
