As our Digital Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
You collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans.
It is important that you closely monitor each project to ensure that it remains on track, meets deadlines, stays under budget, and develops according to plan. You are responsible not only for identifying project objectives, but ensuring that they’re met.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
Coordinate internal teams for flawless execution of simple and complex projects
Ensure that tasks are properly assigned, tracked and completed on time and within budget, maintaining a high-quality end result
Distribute workloads fairly across team members and monitor individual accountability
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, proactively identifying risks and proposing corrective actions
Establish and maintain partnerships and relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project delivery, providing updates, and gathering requirements
Schedule meetings with clients to discuss and oversee projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals
Track, analyse and report on project progress and outcomes, providing actionable insights
Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights both internally and with clients
Collaborate closely with the Client Advisor to define digital strategies consistent with each client’s communication plan
Support the Client Relationship team in preparing compelling new business proposals for prospects
Requirements
Excellent leadership, organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both with internal teams and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate resources, ensuring accountability and results under tight deadlines
Solid technical background (experience with project management tools, CMS platforms, and a general understanding of digital technologies is required)
Knowledge of the digital industry and marketing best practices is a strong plus
Familiarity with Content Management Systems
