About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce management, email marketing, CRM, SEO, and SEM, with the ability to translate digital initiatives into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Management:
Oversee the online store’s performance, including product listings, conversion optimization, and user experience.Collaborate with sales and product teams to define pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
Email Marketing & CRM:
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.Manage and segment the CRM database to support personalized marketing initiatives.Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize performance.
SEO & SEM:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and site ranking.Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and ROI.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Analytics & Optimization:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM dashboards) to track campaign performance.Identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement across all digital channels.
Collaboration:
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce.Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads best practices.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics.Excellent communication and project management skills.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
