You’ll work on a variety of digital marketing and advertising projects, creating compelling assets such as banners, mockups, and social media visuals.While this is currently a freelance, project-based role, there is potential for ongoing work and in-person collaboration in Milan as our local presence grows.What You’ll DoDesign visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, social media, and display advertising.Collaborate with creative and account teams across Europe and LATAM to deliver work that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Adapt and resize creative materials for various platforms and formats.Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.About YouBased in Milan, with the right to work in Italy.Fluent in Italian and English ; Spanish or French is a plus.A conceptual thinker with strong design fundamentals and a keen eye for detail.Strong experience in digital experiences and activations, from UI through to larger campaign creativeSkills in animation and UX are a bonusCurious about emerging creative technologies like 3D, AR, and live visualsReliable, organized, and an excellent communicator.Positive and collaborative — you enjoy being part of a team.How to ApplyPlease send us your CV and portfolio showcasing your best digital design work.Due to the high volume of interest, we may not be able to respond to every applicant, but we genuinely appreciate your time and creativity.
