Job DescriptionThales is seeking a Deputy Compliance Monitoring & Support Manager to join their team in Vergiate, Italy. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Quality Manager and be responsible for maintaining aeronautical certification for the Vergiate site.The job objective is to ensure the proper application of processes and standards, and to provide operational support to the Maintenance Manager. The key responsibilities include:Ensuring monitoring of the correct and continuous application of site applicable processesExecuting internal audits and supporting audits by relevant authoritiesMaintaining the documentation system SMSEnsuring quality assurance role on support activitiesManaging non-conformity and action plansSupporting the technical office and managing updates and communication of maintenance documentationThe required skills and qualifications include:Engineering degree in aerospace, electronics, mechanical, or related disciplineSuccessful experience in aeronautical activities EASA Part 145 or Part 21Good knowledge of quality/safety management systems for aeronautic activitiesLanguages: Italian (fluent), English (fluent), French (notions) is a plusTeamwork, adaptability, and skills in electronics and mechanics are a plusComputer skills: office suiteSoft skills: rigorous, autonomous, good communication skills, reactive, proactive, curious, able to synthesize, and flexibleThis position is also open to candidates belonging to protected categories as per Italian Law 68/99.
