As a Demand Planner, you will report to the Demand Planning Manager and be responsible for demand planning across assigned categories. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales Operations, and collaborate with factory Supply Planning teams and local copackers to ensure excellent customer service and optimized inventory levels. Your focus will be on effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations process.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales data, market, and category trends to build reliable demand forecasts
Monitor and adjust gaps between forecast and actual demand to ensure product availability and optimize inventory
Track stock levels and slow‑moving items to reduce obsolete inventory
Support Marketing in planning and managing new product launches
Analyze and rationalize the SKU portfolio
Manage planning tools
Measure and analyze KPIs
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning roles within multinational FMCG companies, with exposure to structured S&OP processes
A degree in Engineering or Economics
Excellent Excel skills
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP IBP Demand (a plus)
Good command of English
