Be well equipped with the company's platform and products, including staying updated on general market conditions. Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients. Possess a strong ability to understand customer needs and convert that understanding into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management. Ensure smooth frontline operations, including flagging any discrepancies or situational risks to management promptly. Continuously seek improvements to enhance team performance and work efficiency, including overall work processes.Requirements : Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields. A minimum diploma in business administration or management with a keen eye for numbers is preferred. Candidates with 2-4 years of customer service experience, especially in frontline operations (Livechat and Email), are advantageous. Experience in financial institutions or fintech is a plus. Candidates should have sharp acumen and a keen eye for numbers and statistics. Proficiency in communication and writing is essential for liaising with market counterparts. A passion for developing knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms is desirable. Must be a team player, committed, self-driven, and able to respond positively to client requests for assistance. Ability to perform 5 days' shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required (shifts from 8am-5pm, 4pm-1am, or 12am-9am).
