Join World Courier as a Customer Service Representative!

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milan, Italy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and ready to make a difference in a fast‑paced, global environment.
What You’ll Do

Handle client inquiries, bookings, and reports via phone and email.
Plan and coordinate shipping solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor and track shipments, addressing any deviations and keeping clients updated.
Maintain and update the database with client and shipment details.
Provide study‑specific reports and performance updates.
Ensure compliance with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) and local laws.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and World Courier offices.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Good decision‑making and analytical skills.
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Previous B2B customer service experience, ideally in logistics or pharmaceuticals.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data entry.
College education or relevant industry experience preferred.

Additional Details

Location: World Courier Milan, Via Varese, 38, 20045 Lainate (accessible by car only).
Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm or 10:30 am–7:30 pm) with occasional bank holiday coverage.
