Who are we looking for?
Seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support outside equipment sales through phone and email sales, order processing, customer data management, and database file retrieval.
What will you be doing?

Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment committed to continuous improvement
Process daily orders
Develop product knowledge of pumps, flow controls, electrical components
Experience in industrial or wholesale industries is a plus
Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct
Assist purchasing with inventory follow-ups for customer orders
Support management with internal/external relationships and team activities
Assist with reporting needs
Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
Organize and maintain the Parts Sales office filing system

What competencies will you need?

Experience with Salesforce or similar databases
SAP experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with order entry processes
Knowledge of German or French languages
