About the role
As part of our Customer Service team in Italy, you will act as a key partner for the Sales organization, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process while driving data-driven insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Your role combines operational excellence with analytical thinking. You will monitor and optimize processes, identify trends through data analysis, and collaborate with Sales to improve the order flow.
You will also contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Commercial Area (Italy, France, Iberia).
What you’ll do

Monitor and manage order flow in SAP, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
Act as a partner to Sales, supporting efficient order management and identifying opportunities for growth
Analyze data to detect trends, propose process improvements, and enhance service KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Lines, Credit) to resolve issues and optimize operations
Support projects, leveraging tools like Power BI
Handle customer interactions with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Who you are

Experienced in B2B Customer Service with exposure to order management processes and/or project work within structured and multinational contexts
Strong analytical mindset and advanced digital skills (Excel, SAP). BI Tools are a strong plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with Sales and other stakeholders
Resilience and ability to quickly take decisions
Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
Fluent in Italian and English
