Join our team now!What INNIO offers youA fast-growing international business environmentBeing part of a young, supportive and enthusiastic teamLearning opportunities, other development opportunities to craft your career pathHybrid working model - Home office opportunity with flexible arrangements possible according Italia working rulesIn this role you will be responsible forTechnical and Commercial Project Order Execution of New Unit and Service (overhauls, repair, and upgrades) equipment orders from distributors, key accounts, direct customers.Focused primarily on Equipment scope of supply according INNIO Jenbacher Product Program.Cross-functional coordination of technical and commercial project executionResponsible for Revenue, Payment collection, NU Inventory and claim management for all assigned orders under execution in close cooperation with Finance.Creating additional order intake and revenue by selling during the project execution additional options.Technical and commercial review of supplier quotationOversee projects during their execution phase in the construction siteSupport know-how transfer and training programs for Distributors and Key Accounts to align project execution process the INNIO Jenbacher´s Project Management processes.Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and Tools based on KPI’s such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections.Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution.Your profileEngineering (mechanical or electrical - e.g. HTL) and/or commercial Bachelor degreeThree years of experience in the relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry and in the discipline of Customer Project ManagementExcellent English and Italian skills (written and oral), preferably also a 3rd languageExcellent communication and negotiation skillsTeam player and strong reliabilityDemonstrated external focus & inclusivenessWillingness to travel up to 30% within EU
