Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the annual sales targets of the commercial display category in the region and increase TCL commercial display's local market share.
Manage and grow key commercial display customers in the region, including developing and maintaining strong relationships and establishing benchmark cases.
Collaborate with the team to build and manage the regional sales channel system, and develop system integrator (SI) and independent software developer (ISV) customers.
Plan and execute marketing activities to generate leads and drive sales in the sales area.
Collect and analyze market information, and track competitor activity in the area of responsibility.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8+ years of sales experience in the commercial display industry, including 3+ year of sales team management experience.
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing large customers.
Strong market analysis and judgment skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service awareness and a positive attitude.
Responsible and proactive, with a strong ability to withstand pressure and travel domestically and internationally.
