We are seeking an experienced expert for the position of Country Regulatory Manager for plant protection products in Italy. Join our dynamic international team to oversee national authorizations and application submissions for product registration.
Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate dossier preparation and submission for plant protection products at the country level, in accordance with Regulation 1107/2009, collaborating with internal Regulatory Team or external consultants.
Work with the Regulatory Team to develop and implement regional regulatory strategies, ensuring timely product authorization and compliance with post-registration requirements.
Engage with regulatory authorities, CROs, laboratories, and organizations to support product registration and portfolio development.
Create prioritization lists of regional registration activities and coordinate related regulatory tasks for the assigned portfolio.
Manage the budget allocated for projects.
Monitor changes in national legislation related to active substances and plant protection products.
Collaborate with local sales, distributors, and marketing teams.
Support efficacy studies and Biodossier preparation in coordination with the Efficacy Team.

Requirements:

Higher education in agronomy or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a country regulatory manager or expert in plant protection products within an agrochemical company.
Experience interacting with regulatory authorities.
Knowledge of risk assessment and Regulation 1107/2009.
Experience managing efficacy trials or preparing Biodossiers.
Proven ability to manage the application submission process.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage complex issues and prioritize workload.
