To further develop Epiroc SENA region (South Europe and North Africa), we are looking for a talented Country Manager for the Italy Customer Center.Reporting to the Regional General Manager SENA, the Country Manager is a key player within the local organization and part of SENA management He / she is responsible for the development of long-term sustainable business plan in territories assigned as well as the development of an efficient and performing organization with specific focus on people management and safety.The organization has approx. 30 employees and yearly revenues of 35 mln euro with a strong potential for growth.Main activitiesTo lead the company by implementing, as part of the Group's policy, a strategy to increase the company's commercial performance and profitability.To achieve the assigned targets set by the Regional General Manager for his / her territory.To ensure that all Epiroc products have the best opportunity of success on the market with strong focus on customer, territory, and channel management.To monitor overall performances such as monthly financial performance, profit / loss, and balance sheet reports and implement corrective actions when needed.To animate and coordinate management team action plansTo manage specific Company's activity such as :Assist, support and advise local Business Managers in the creation of their action plan, its implementation, and the development of their activitiesAchieve the results set out in targets and validated by the Regional ManagementDevelop the activity in its geographical area in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Regional Management team with the aim to give each product its best chance on the marketDevelop the current organization in such a way as to ensure the success of the Group's ambitions in terms of market share developmentDevelopment sales opportunities via Intranet, Internet, and Extranet, actively supporting global projects that have the effect of strengthening customer relations and being more efficientFollow the guidelines regarding transnational business activities to best serve the customer in the interest of the Epiroc GroupDevelop strong people care, e.g. staff training and development.Establish a structure giving written assignments for all managerial positions, including annual interviews and follow-upsIdentify, support and monitor talents that have the potential to evolve within the GroupAdopt the Group's planning process as Project Manager and promote it to key people in its organizationEnsure integrity and transparency in operations and structure by ensuring that the AMF and Code of Practice is understood and applied in a relevant mannerImplement the Prokura structure approved by the Regional General Manager,Analyze the follow-up of actions and results communicated by Division Managers to prevent deviationsEnsures compliance with local legislationEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSStrong managerial skills and technical knowledge.Considerable experience in a Sales company, in Sales and Marketing related rolesSignificant experience within the construction and mining or related industries.Proven experience of customers and sales channel management and IDSExperience in providing solutions to customers5 years’ experience in comparable positionKnowledge of Italian language both written and oral is a prerequisiteExcellent command of English written and oralGood computer and presentation skillsBusiness financial knowledgeEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSUniversity Degree or similar through experienceCommercial or business acumen is an advantagePERSONALITY REQUIREMENTSOpen minded and determination to achieve goalsLeadership and ability to coordinate and motivate peopleSelf-motivated, energetic with a high level of responsibility and loyaltyTeam PlayerWillingness to travel and develop relationshipsPlace of workThe position will be based in Epiroc Italia’s offices at Cinisello Balsamo (next to Milan), frequent travels throughout Italia are inherent to the position as well as one-off trips abroad (valid light vehicle driving license is a prerequisite)United.
