Building lasting trusted relationships with our teams and clients is fundamental to us.In this role, you will:Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims with transparency.Resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues swiftly and fairly.Assist in preparing and agreeing on final accounts, including handling claims to ensure the client receives the best value from the work undertaken.Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.Support agile project management and facilitate clear decision-making through comprehensive cost documentation and timely communication.Participate actively in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation to analysis and reporting.Oversee project expenditure by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly to your team.We would love to hear from you if you:Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across various projects.Possess a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.Are willing to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.Thrive on building strong relationships through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude.Since 1974, we have provided construction consultancy services that foster repeat business.
