Key Responsibilities:

Advise on corporate and commercial matters, both domestic and cross-border
Draft and negotiate complex contracts and transaction documents
Support M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring operations
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure legal precision, strategic alignment, and client satisfaction

Your Profile:

Law degree with top academic results
Experience in structured or international law firms
Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and transactional work
Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with high personal standards
Willingness to work from Milan or Treviso, with flexibility as needed
