The successful candidate will support both domestic and international clients, primarily in the industrial sector, by advising on civil and commercial contracts, managing M&A transactions, and drafting legal opinions on a variety of issues. From day one, the candidate will play an integral role within the team, contributing to the drafting and negotiation of corporate, M&A, and commercial documentation.
