Where you can truly be yourself.DetailsType: Permanent - Full TimeJob Role: Business - CorporateThe roleThe position offers exposure to a comprehensive range of commercial, corporate, and M&A matters. The successful candidate will support both domestic and international clients, primarily in the industrial sector, by advising on civil and commercial contracts, managing M&A transactions, and drafting legal opinions on a variety of issues. From day one, the candidate will play an integral role within the team, contributing to the drafting and negotiation of corporate, M&A, and commercial documentation. Strong legal writing skills are essential, as is the ability to help lead the execution of M&A and commercial deals, including overseeing due diligence processes.The EssentialsQualified Avvocato with 1–3 years PQE in a Corporate departmentStrong academic background, with a degree score of no less than 102/110Prior experience in M&A and/or Energy law is a plusStrong legal writing skills and proven ability to draft standard commercial agreements and M&A documentation in both English and ItalianInternational experience, whether academic or professional, is considered an assetA proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills and a clear, effective communication styleA strong team player, comfortable collaborating with colleagues across the firmStrong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and ExcelFor further information, please contact the information for recruitment agencies and equal opportunities statement are provided below.Information for Recruitment Agencies: Withers endeavours to recruit and fill vacancies directly.
