Akronos Technologies, an Italian company leader in innovation, R&D, and high-tech engineering services, is looking for a Control Engineer.Responsibilities :Develop algorithm modules for inverters driving PM and IM motors adopting a model-based design approach, from simulation up to C code generation using Matlab / Simulink.Integrate motor control algorithm modules with the software platform.Develop and maintain software modules.Integrate the existing motor control platform with functionalities specific to the product line.Develop and maintain the company's power electronics platform.Competence Requirements :BSc / MSc / PhD degree in Electrical / Electronics / Control System Engineering.At least 3 years of working experience in motor control development or specific academic training on electric motors.Good knowledge of electric motors' operation, construction, and applications.Strong knowledge of power electronics and its application in inverters for motor control.Proficiency in Matlab / Simulink for rapid control prototyping.Knowledge of Ansys tools for FEM simulations.Nice to have :Organizational skills and teamworking attitude.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.All the skills above will be verified during a technical qualification meeting.Join our R&D team and be at the forefront of innovation!
