Continuous Improvement Eng., Amazon Customer Excellence SystemThe Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES) has an opportunity as a Continuous Improvement Process Leader. You will be the link between station management and the ACES team. As a member of the ACES team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, providing station with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve delivery performance. Your goal is to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. Creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams of the organization will help you to enable overall process alignment. Understand through execution, improvement projects to led in order to make easier mechanism to track metric deviation to achieve expected targets. Create sustainable mechanisms for operational excellence, so benefits remain as part of operational routines and work with World Wide teams to bring new tech solutions for MX.Key responsibilitiesSupport OTR (On the road) Technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners and Delivery partners.Improve delivery success rates in Metropolitan and Mexico City Area.Maintain SOP and standard processes materials updated according to the current standardsAnalyze main metrics in weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals.Lead audits to verify accuracy to current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas.Support to Ops Team on weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation to the standard processes.Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce wasting time, improving work flow.About the teamVision: Become Worldwide Operations reference by driving Operational ExcellenceMission: Promote Amazon's culture of innovation and excellence by influencing operations teams to identify, prioritize and deploy scalable mechanisms and solutions to optimize resources and achieve business objectives.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field with Administration or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.5+ years in process engineering/continuous improvementProven track record in project management and process optimizationFluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Experience in high-volume logistics/manufacturing environmentsPreferred QualificationsStrong data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, Minitab, JMP)Six Sigma Black Belt certificationMaster's degree in related fieldExperience leading multidisciplinary groups.
