If you are ambitious and highly committed, and looking for the next step in your career, please send us your CV today!MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentationCoordinating the creation, review, and implementation of policies and procedures in response to new laws and regulationsApplying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements across departmentsDesigning and coordinating the development and review of policies, procedures, training materials, and communication tools to ensure complianceInteracting with external auditors regarding internal controls auditsEstablishing compliance monitoring programsFiling regulatory reports and related documentationCoordinating the rollout and training of new or updated policies and directivesEvaluating the effectiveness of controlsImproving current strategies as neededSupervising and overseeing colleagues' workCANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer within a professional service provider, accounting, or law firm (must-have)Knowledge of industry regulations and best practicesHands-on experience with reporting operations and proceduresAmbition to succeed, motivated, committed, and proactiveProfessional disciplineStrong team-working skills with a value-added approachProficiency in MS Office and IT skillsGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multi-task effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCritical thinker and problem-solverFluent in Greek and EnglishCOMPANY BENEFITSProvident fund (optional)Medical insurance (optional)21 days annual leaveTravel allowanceAfternoon off every FridayCasual FridaysFlexible working hoursTraining opportunities (on-the-job and scheduled)Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
