Salary Range: $41,200 - $44,780 per year
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about crafting compelling narratives and engaging with audiences through various channels. As a key member of our communications team, you will help develop and implement communication strategies that elevate our brand and enhance our visibility in the market.
Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans.
Write, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
Support internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Conduct research to inform communication strategies and messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
