Join to apply for the Commercial Finance Business Partner role at Laboratoires FilorgaJob Number #169186 - Milano, Lombardia, ItalyOverviewWithin the Financial Department of Laboratoires Filorga Cosmetiques in Milan, the Commercial Finance Business Partner contributes to guide the Italian subsidiary's strategic approach on financial processes: planning, reporting, business investments ROI. You will act as a key contact for business partners and management regarding risk assessment, and support the implementation of new tools and processes. You will also be involved in internal control processes SOX and provide support during audits. This position reports to the Filorga Finance Director and is based in Milan.Main responsibilitiesPlay a key role in driving the budget & planning process and actively participate in the monthly commercial forecasting process, based on ATLAS tool by supporting CD leads to estimate Volume, Net Sales, Gross to Net, Margin and A&P investments, and track forecast achievement.Be accountable for variance analysis between forecast and actuals and deliver reporting and commentary highlighting qualitative and quantitative drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities in: Sales Growth, Margin, A&P Investment, Brand and Channel P&Ls.Guarantee the level of provisions for commercial & A&P investments and the correct accounting allocation of the investments.Contribute to NVOs (fixed costs) control processes and support month-end analysis and forecast of the NVOs.Participate in the monthly closing of accounts and quarterly reporting to the group, and explain landings & deviations for the assigned P&L.Collect and analyze data, prepare monthly reporting and share results with business partners and management.Set up a process to evaluate investment profitability and provide guidance and/or recommendations in partnership with business leaders.Participate in the pricing process.Manage the Digital reporting for the Group.Drive the usage of CP tools & AI.Skills / CompetenciesTeam player with interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Accuracy and attention to detail.Time management and organization.Ambition and proactivity.Sound accounting skills (balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of financial statements).RequirementsHigher education in finance/managementSignificant and successful minimum 3 years of experience acquired at an industry companyItalian and English proficiencyHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Business AppsKnowledge of SAP is preferred, as well as experience in the Luxury/Cosmetics industryVISA NOT SPONSOREDOur Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
