OverviewClinical Specialist reporting to the Medical Manager MDS Italy & Greece. With key accountability for all clinical aspects of the MDS portfolio within the assigned geography and provide pre- and post-sales support in a clinical, training, and educational capacity. Collaborate with Sales and distributor sales teams in the field, acting as an expert, advisor and troubleshooter. Advocate best clinical practices for the portfolio in partnership with customers. Provide clinical training and updates to the BD MDS team/s as requested at local level and, if required, at regional and national level.About the roleLiaise with Sales Executives to provide clinical and product education / training on BD Medical products.Prepare and present clinically-oriented product training programs for hospitals.Identify, select, and prioritize target accounts and key customers with sales and marketing.Communicate market and competitor information to relevant BD personnel.Build business relationships within hospital accounts by engaging in scientific exchange and developing "Best Practice" procedures.Manage in-service process as part of conversion process.Represent BD professionally and promote the full range of BD products.Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote BD's company image and products.Work with medical teams to communicate new product technical / scientific data and clinical applications.Prepare and deliver technical and medical presentations at clinical workshops, seminars, and meetings.Build relationships with key clinicians and opinion leaders to maintain awareness of best practices, trends, and procedures related to BD Medical Products.Environmental management systems responsibilitiesMaintain 14001 provisions including but not limited to recycling activities and proper use of equipment and facilities.Anti-Bribery responsibilitiesResponsible to report any incidents or suspicions of bribery, comply with organizational instructions and measures for ethical conduct, and adhere to anti-bribery procedures and policies, as analyzed in Annex A.About youBachelor's degree in general nursing or medical doctor with strong hands-on experience in critical care areas (Pharmacy or Medical Sciences).
