In this role, you will perform various accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a fully or part-qualified Accountant with experience in a similar role and fluency in both Greek and English. If this role interests you, GRS Recruitment looks forward to receiving your CV for this Client Accountant position.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining accounting records for clients using OCR technology.Handling payroll preparation, social security contributions, and payroll taxes.Preparing and filing VAT returns.Liaising with auditors.Producing periodic management reports, including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss projections and budgets.CANDIDATE PROFILECandidates should have a good university degree, not necessarily in a relevant field.A minimum of one year's experience is required. A willingness to learn is essential.Be a partly or newly qualified accountant (ACCA).Familiarity with software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage50, Caseware, AutoEntry, and Payroll Pro is advantageous.Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.Ability to work as part of a team, be self-motivated, proactive, and take responsibility early on.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
