Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
In a context of strong growth and innovation, Circet Italia is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will play a strategic role in managing information security and supporting the company’s digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities
define and maintain the cybersecurity strategy in line with international standards and applicable regulations
coordinate risk management, compliance, and IT audit activities
implement solutions for data protection, identity & access management, and incident response
collaborate with operational sites to ensure consistency and alignment of security policies
manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
continuously monitor threats and vulnerabilities, proposing corrective actions
drive the company’s digital transformation and technological innovation
oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, ERP, and internal applications
define technological roadmaps and IT investment plans
support the General Management in strategic decisions related to technology and security
Requirements
master’s degree in Computer Engineering
fluent in English (written and spoken)
extensive experience in large, structured companies, preferably with operations across multiple locations
in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)
expertise in IT governance and project management
experience in managing teams with multidisciplinary IT backgrounds (preferred)
