MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Strategy & Architecture: Define the target architecture and roadmaps (core leasing platforms, CRM, digital onboarding, e-signature, DMS, reporting, data).
Digital Transformation: Automate key processes; enable straight-through processing; orchestrate integrations/APIs; champion data quality and analytics.
Project Portfolio Management: Design and enforce a consistent PPM framework to prioritize, monitor and deliver the entire IT change agenda across three entities, ensuring alignment with strategy, capacity and value realization.
Programs & Migrations: Lead large, multi-year migrations and cut-overs with robust change, testing, data migration and hypercare plans; minimize business disruption.
Cybersecurity & Resilience: Elevate security posture (identity, endpoints, network, cloud), BCP/DR, vulnerability management; meet Group and regulatory standards.
Run Operations: Ensure availability, performance and cost control of infrastructure and applications; institute ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.
Suppliers & Budget Management: Negotiate and manage MSPs/SaaS suppliers; track SLAs/OLAs, penalties, and TCO; prioritize the portfolio by value/risk.
Data Governance: Establish ownership, lineage and controls; comply with privacy/GDPR and reporting obligations; support risk/compliance analytics.
Group Alignment: Act as the primary interface to Group/HQ for standards, policies and shared services; secure alignment and resources.
People & Capability: Lead a high-performing IT team; develop project managers, architects and security talent.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Background: 10+ years in IT leadership within regulated financial services (banking, payments, asset finance/leasing welcome but not mandatory). Experience under Bank of Italy or comparable supervision preferred.
Technical breadth: Enterprise architecture, cloud/hybrid infra, integration/API, identity, data platforms, information security, ITIL processes.
Program leadership: PMO governance, stage-gates, testing, data migration, cut-over/hypercare.
Stakeholder strength: Persuasive communicator; can align Group/HQ standards with local realities; comfortable with very high workload and pace.
Languages: Italian (native) mandatory. English mandatory. French is a plus.
Education/Certifications: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar; PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, or CISSP/CISM a plus.
Profil et compétences requises
Own the technology strategy and execution across three entities, driving systems harmonization, platform migrations and process digitalization. The CIO will manage a significant change portfolio (multiple new platforms and core replacements) while ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance and supplier governance.
