To strengthen and expand our Top Management, we are looking for aCore activitiesYou will enter the Top Management with the responsibility on the management of the entire financial area at a group level. Your activities will extend to the following functions :Global commercial responsibility for the Italian parent company and all international subsidiariesResponsibility and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to local law and IFRS, as well as consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements within the groupEvaluation and presentation of monthly results / rolling forecast / budget planningContact person for tax advisors, auditors, banks and insurance companiesResponsibility for the definition and proper implementation of all processes in the financial areaFurther development of the international Finance organizational structure, processes and systems with a focus on continuous improvement, automation and standardizationPreparation of budget calculations and forecast, tax reports and short- and long-term cash flow calculations, including active cash managementPreparation of variance analyses and identification of potential areas of intervention with subsequent initiation and monitoring of new and appropriate measuresOngoing development of corporate strategy in cooperation with members of the Board of DirectorsComprehensive support for M&A projects and post-M&A integrationsRequired profileGRUBER Logistics' Finance team is currently navigating a phase of evolution, marked by complexity and oriented to build a new and more efficient structure. The following requirements complete your profile :Successfully completed business management studiesSeveral years of experience as CFO or in managing finance / controlling departments within international companiesConsolidated experience in working with auditors, tax consultants and banksStrong expertise in controlling, finance, and change management, ideally complemented by a background in management consulting or auditingAbility to lead a team cooperatively and to communicate convincing visions and goals to employeesAbility to see the big picture as well as drive and implement hands-on things in detail;Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP and accounting systemsWillingness to travelFluent in English and Italian or GermanWhat we offerYou will join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company on an international scale, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and driving the future of the financial department.
