Kennametal generated approximately $1.8 billion in revenues in fiscal 2021.ResponsibilitiesImplement Kennametal strategy through channel partners in the Lombardia region, especially Bergamo and Brescia areas.Report market information and customer needs to supervisors, marketing, and supporting functions.Collaborate with local distribution sales force to identify new sales opportunities and promote products.Support team sales initiatives by providing relevant information for assigned accounts.Develop and strengthen partnerships with end users and distributors. Negotiate contracts and agreements.Participate in local marketing actions to promote the Kennametal brand within budget.Job RequirementsExperience in the metal cutting tool industry is essential.Proven sales experience in B2B environments, preferably with distributors, including leading negotiations.Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.Positive, energetic, with an entrepreneurial mindset.Qualification in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.LocationHome-based preferred, with Bergamo/Brescia as the base, and approximately 75% travel within Lombardy (North Italy).Equal Opportunity Employer
