You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of commercial and compliance matters with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business. Your responsibilities include:Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions, supporting negotiationsPreparing templatesProviding claims support and overseeing litigationsHelping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policiesProviding training and facilitating our compliance programsMonitoring and implementing regulatory requirementsOther local legal support as reasonably required by Legal ManagementYour profileWe are looking for someone comfortable working in a digital environment, passionate about social justice and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a proven track record operating in an in-house legal environment within an international company. You should be proactive, able to work closely with business stakeholders, identify and analyze critical issues, and apply legal expertise to deliver solutions.Requirements include:A qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws degree or equivalent and at least four years' relevant PQE in commercial law, preferably in sectors like Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction, or Renewables & Environment.Fluent in English with strong technological skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a commercial mindsetAbility to work independently and manage large workloadsLet us learn about you!
