OverviewJoin to apply for the Channel Account Manager role at PTCPTC is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our sales organization in Italy. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in a range of industries. We are looking for motivated sales professionals to work in these market segments which would include any manufacturer/end users looking to embrace Industry 4.0 and/or looking to empower Digital Transformation Strategy. Many of the world’s largest manufacturing companies are entering this fast-paced tech space to create new revenue streams and offer greater visibility to how their specific products “live” in the real world. The sales team will require the skillset to translate the PTC value proposition into real-world business value.Your impactUnderstanding and addressing the customer’s challenges approaching digital initiativesStarting from a selected list of prospect accounts and customers, you will propose and sell the award-winning PTC portfolio technologies (Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer, Vuforia, ThingWorx) in established industries (Discrete and Process MFG) working closely together with Channel Sales Representatives and Partner Sales DirectorDay-To-DayDrive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing the dealBuild high level executive/SVP relationship sales long term partnershipSignificantly extend the existing strategic relationship, by expanding current engagements as well as winning new business divisionsInvestigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clientsDealing with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators)Performing sales calls at customer site to find new opportunitiesDealing with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization – Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization)Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunitiesPreferred Skills and KnowledgeProven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectivesExcellent sales acumen and a disciplined hunter attitudeStrong resiliency with self-motivation and integrityCAD, PLM, ALM, AR, IoT and ERP solutions knowledge is a plusExcellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and ItalianBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles in Discrete and Process MFG industriesSeniority and EmploymentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Software Development (Industries)Get notified about new Channel Account Manager jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
