InPost is a leading player in the business-to-consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 4,300 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 2,222 fully automated parcel lockers (accessible 24/7), enabling customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their convenience. We’re looking for driven and curious individuals to join us in re-writing the norm!Role MissionThe Business Growth Partner supports the effective and scalable execution of growth initiatives across B2B logistics services (Out-of-Home and 2Door delivery). Acting as a connector between strategy, trade marketing, and Sales, the Partner helps launch and standardize new solutions by coordinating pilots, enabling sales, and ensuring readiness across internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiative ExecutionSupport the implementation of new growth initiatives (e.g., service pilots, co-marketing plans, new use cases)Coordinate marketing and commercial pilots with strategic clientsGather real-time insights from pilots and field operations to drive continuous improvementCollaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Product/Tech teamsEquip the Sales team with tools and initiatives to sell new services effectivelyContribute to the creation of commercial toolkits (pitches, standard documentation)Ensure sales teams are fully trained and ready to engage with clients during rolloutsPerformance Monitoring & FeedbackDefine and track KPIs for each initiative (adoption, volumes, margins, customer feedback)Analyze pilot results to support go/no-go decisions for broader rolloutPropose actions to optimize performance and customer experienceScale-Up & Knowledge TransferSupport the transition from pilot to full rollout, ensuring operational scalabilityIdentify and document key repeatable practices and success factorsShare learnings across teams to accelerate future go-to-market effortsQualifications1–2 years of experience in e-Commerce, logistics, innovation, or project execution rolesStrong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skillsProactive and execution-driven mindsetHands-on approach, comfortable working with data and operational environmentsExperience with B2B dynamics and client-facing activitiesFamiliarity with CRM, BI, and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday, Tableau)Why Join UsWork on real campaigns with well-known e-commerce brandsBe part of a positive, dynamic, and international teamGrow quickly by learning about trade marketing, B2B strategy, and customer engagementHelp shape the parcel delivery experience across EuropeExcellent Work-life balance
