Position based in Palermo or Catania (full remote)Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card.It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€ and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in +160 countries.Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan…These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks : telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc.Beyond the distribution of Libon offers, it seems necessary to better communicate, animate and federate the communities around the application.RESPONSIBILITIESThe scope concerns the growth of Libon’s turnover in Italy through actions on the field. The adjustment of offers and promotions for their physical distribution, as well as the communication and animation of communities of sellers and buyers around the application.In B2B, at points of sale that sell our Scratchcards / Epins.In B2C, direct interaction with application users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.).Market analysis :Define its prospecting area, hot spots and its priorities to develop Libon’s sales volumesEnsure a competitive and technological watchIdentify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical areas of deploymentHunting and commercial prospectingIdentify lead-generating contacts and study the need for community customersTest the different distribution networks and different customer promotion logicImplementation of the Trade marketing plan decided by the managementBe creative / force of proposals to make Libon even more visible and known to points of sale and diasporasImplementation of the POS in the points of sale to ensure minimum visibility of the product in the partner networksList the points of sale that offer Libon productsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR2 years of experience in field sales and operational marketing / Trade marketing / community distribution in Sicily would be a plusHave a talent for negotiation and a strong appetite for acquiring new customersGood knowledge of the diasporas and their consumption habits in the areaGood knowledge of Excel and numbers in general.Be voluntary, dynamic and enthusiasticGood interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal Libon / external NetworksEnglish and French(intermediate level) and a 3rd African language like wolof are mandatory for the position.Driver’s license mandatoryJ-18808-Ljbffr
