We are looking for a Business Consultant & Customer Success Consultant to support customer onboarding and ongoing success after Go-Live for our AI-driven Planning & Pricing SaaS platform, including AI-based demand forecasting and optimizations. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating our technology's value, and providing technical and functional expertise post-sales. The ideal candidate has a background in business consulting, merchandise planning, pricing strategies, BI, or AI-driven analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.About The TeamCentric is expanding in the fashion / sports, beauty, and home markets with solutions in Product Lifecycle Management, Market Intelligence & Trends, and Planning & Pricing.The Planning & Pricing Business Unit is a fast-growing, dynamic team offering opportunities for entrepreneurial individuals. The role reports to the VP of Customer Success Consulting - BU Planning & Pricing.ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop a portfolio of 5-10 customersServe as the subject matter expert during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoptionCollaborate with solution architects, data science, engineering, and project managersCreate detailed business blueprints mapping customer processes onto our solutionsIdentify and recommend improvements in customer business processesProvide feedback to product teams for enhancementsAnalyze markdowns and inventory optimizations, understanding AI models and managing customer acceptanceBuild strategic relationships and develop long-term roadmapsManage QBRs, user training, change requests, and upgradesConduct on-site or remote customer visitsCoordinate with Customer Support for high satisfaction and conduct surveys (NPS)Monitor and improve customer success processesDocument customer interactions and follow up on configurations, incidents, and requestsWork with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesContinuously improve project and service management processesTrack all customer-specific efforts accuratelyWhat You BringDegree in business, management, merchandising, or related fieldExperience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably in fashion & lifestyleStrong analytical and reasoning skillsSolution-oriented approach with good communication skills and customer focusDriven, eager to learn, and challenge-readyComfortable in SaaS environments and hierarchical communicationAbility to translate business processes into solution designs and roadmapsBusiness-fluent English; additional languages are a plusProficiency with Office and BI toolsWillingness to travel occasionally; primarily remote serviceEnjoy working in a diverse, multinational teamCentric Software is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.J-18808-Ljbffr
