We have entered the Italian Built to Rent (BTR) market as a first mover to set the standard as a professional operator of purpose-built residential buildings for rent on behalf of institutional investors. After creating an operating platform to manage BTR developments, we're now scaling up and quickly becoming the market leader with a portfolio of more than 1,000 units under management.Main ActivitiesThe successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team within the BTR Department and responsible for supporting the group in various activities, including :Creating and updating business analysis and reporting tools to monitor our operating performanceJoining in the operational activities of the assets under management, developing bespoke analyses, with a focus on leasing and marketing activitiesHelp developing lease-up and / or reletting strategies for our managed assets. This will involve :conducting market research and comparable analysis on target compsetreviewing location, apartments and building features to determine appropriate rental levelsmonitoring and updating rents based on seasonality, market feedback or incentive initiativesWorking closely with our in-house tech team to :develop new tools aimed at making our day-to-day work more efficient (e.g. automating repetitive tasks)taking part in the development of our tech platform (CRM, PMS, Resident App, etc.)Identifying, proposing, and implementing the offering of add-on services to residents to enhance customer satisfaction, wellbeing, and brand fidelityOverseeing our property&facility management partners to ensure that their activities meet target service levelsStructuring and modelling operating P&Ls when developing business plans for BTR opportunitiesPreparing pitches and presentations for institutional clients to support our business developmentParticipating in the key strategic decisions being made in the early stage of this new business lineRequirementsAt least 1-3 years’ working experienceA degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering are preferable.Excellent MS-Office knowledge, in particular Excel, Word and Power Point. Knowledge of other digital products or programming languages is considered a plus.The capacity to quickly adopt tech solutions to increase work efficiency is considered very valuableData driven approach to work - collating, analyzing, and presenting data is key to us making informed decision to assist the successful growth of the companyExcellent English knowledge (written and spoken).
