On behalf of our client, a leading FMCG distributor of brands within the Retail and HORECA markets, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their Nicosia team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute effectively the annual Marketing Plan for the brand(s) you are responsible for.
Manage the approved marketing budgets efficiently.
Present to the Sales Force and coordinate the annual Marketing Plan for the brands you handle.
Maintain clear communication channels with the rest of the Commercial team as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay aware of current market trends and act proactively for the benefit of your brands.
Represent the brand in various activities organized by the company.
Develop merchandising standards for different outlet types and prepare relevant marketing and POS materials.
Develop, evaluate, and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
Proactively suggest ideas to help your brands, presenting them to the company’s management team.
Ensure excellence in market execution at all times.
Adapt plans according to market trends.
Maintain excellent relationships with principals, customers, and suppliers.
Gather and communicate information on client needs and monitor competition activity.
Monitor and support the sales team to achieve brand sales targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an FMCG company.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek.
Computer literate with advanced MS Office skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Understanding of basic financial terms.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to take initiatives and deliver results.

Working hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-15:00 Friday.
