Position
Within the Neuroscience Integrated Squad, reporting to the Neuroscience ISL of Roche Pharma Italy, you will lead product/indication strategy and initiatives, in constant collaboration with the marketing team, squad members and International teams, while sensing external ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Define the long-term vision, mission, positioning, and value proposition of the brand to drive business growth;
Developing the brand plan and drives its tactical implementation, being customer centric and striving for excellence;
Creating value with projects, campaigns and materials, evolving from promoting medicines towards much more partnering, innovating and leading;
Leveraging omni-channel approaches and digital assets to deliver brand support and value-offerings;
Sharing knowledge and leverages information both at local level and within the network;
Together with the internal and external stakeholders, developing robust assumptions for market development and brand forecast;
Performance Analysis: Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Scientific or Business University Degree;
2-3 years of marketing experience in Pharma / Diagnostics;
