ABOUT THE ROLE
Brand and Communications Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty, creating and managing content for various platforms, and oversees all internal and external communications. Key duties include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing media relations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement overarching marketing, brand, and communication strategies aligned with sales objectives covering both consumer and business channels.
Content creation: Create and manage content for websites, social media, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Campaign management: Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Brand management: Oversee all aspects of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications channels.
Media relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure positive media coverage and manage public relations activities.
Market analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and tactics.
Internal communications: Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed and aligned with company messaging.
Budget management: Define and manage budgets for social media, PR and communications activities according to each category business plan.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and achieve shared goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must have:
+7 years experience in same role preferably in CE market including Business channels
