We are seeking a bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Italian and English to manage customer support on weekends for our short-term rental business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our guests and ensuring smooth operations.The role involves handling guest messages, assisting with check-in and check-out, and addressing general requests.
