BI Dashboard Developer - Grafana role at DILS srl
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-driven BI Dashboard Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you’ll design and enhance data visualization solutions with Grafana, turning data into clear, actionable insights for the business. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Development, and Business teams to build user-centric dashboards that support strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities

Build engaging, interactive dashboards and reports using Grafana.
Connect and integrate multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, Data Warehouse, Cloud services).
Optimize queries and datasets to boost performance and speed.
Work side‑by‑side with Data Engineering and Back‑End teams to shape data models and expose data effectively.
Deliver dashboards that are visually consistent, intuitive, and aligned with our BI standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement, refactoring, and evolution of our BI ecosystem.
Monitor and troubleshoot data visualization issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands‑on experience developing dashboards with Grafana.
Strong SQL skills (experience with relational and/or time‑series databases is a plus).
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration best practices.
Good understanding of Data Visualization principles, KPI design, and data storytelling.
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
