We believe in learning something new each day as it means you keep growing every day.As a Baker Hughes University training specialist, you will be responsible for:Contributing to the designing, planning and delivery of learning programs of the Baker Hughes UniversityManaging an effective selection process of candidates coming from different Baker Hughes’ Customers companies ensuring that the best profiles are identified to compose heterogeneous and balanced classesSupporting the preparation and organization of training programs (e.g. customers invitation process)Delivering and conducting orientation sessions to new attendeesCoordinating and monitoring the delivery of the training courses and activitiesElaborating recurrent evaluations on attendees’ s satisfaction and training effectiveness through the implementation of feedback forms and performance analysisLeading the communication activities related to the BH University promotion (e.g. collaterals, social media, virtual certificates release, specific initiatives related to the University 20th anniversary) liaising with Baker Hughes Comms teams and third party providersFacilitating new external providers scouting and propose innovative content definitionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Hold a Master degree in Business CommunicationsConsiderable years of experience in Learning & Development, in a corporate environment.Solid background experience in recruitment and selectionHave excellent inter-personal communication skillsBe self-motivated with problem solving skillsHave the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environmentFull proficiency in EnglishWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
