OverviewThe opportunity for our High Voltage business unit based in Lodi is to hire an Associate Project Manager who will focus on Warranty Projects and Site & Safety Documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented with a strong background in site operations and safety compliance. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring all safety documentation is properly managed, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee warranty projects to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, customers, and stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines. Monitor progress and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.Site Documentation: Ensure all site-related documentation (e.g., site diaries, permits, inspection reports) is accurately maintained and archived. Coordinate with the service PM to collect and verify daily reports. Manage document control systems to ensure traceability and version control.Safety & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans in accordance with legal and company requirements. Ensure all safety documentation (e.g., risk assessments, method statements, incident reports) is complete and up-to-date. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety standards. Facilitate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the quality department on project status, risks, and safety performance.
